Steel Shutter FIRE RATED, BURGLARY RESISTANT AND ANTI WIND: Double Skin 75 mm x 16 mm hollow filled with Glass Wool Insulation. Galvanized color bond steel profiles. Galvanized Sheet with additional option of backed painted in standard White, Silver or Back color. Shutter profiles are locked by steel end caps. Side Channels: Special Wind Resistant side channels with wind pressure lock. Thickness 2.0 mm with 6 bends. Support Brackets: Heavy duty angles frame of size 2″X 2″X 6.0mm with plate of 2.0mm Thickness. Bearing Box and; Pipe: Heavy Duty bearing box fixed with 4 Bolts and solid shaft of 35mm with cantilever length of 450mm. Pipe of 200mm dia, 10 Guage pipe in thickness 3.0mm. Shutter Guide: Guide plates of 3.00mm thickness to keep shutter in track with wheels
