Galvanized Sheet with additional safety of backed painted in standard white, silver or Back color. Side Channels: Special Wind Resistant side channels with wind pressure lock. Thickness 2.0 mm with 6 bends. Support Brackets: Heavy duty angles frame of size 2″X 2″X 6.0mm with plate of 2.0mm Thickness. Bearing Box and Pipe: Heavy Duty bearing box fixed with 4 Bolts and solid shaft of 35mm with cantilever length of 450mm. Pipe of 200mm dia, 10 Guage pipe in thickness 3.0mm. Shutter Guide: Guide plates of 3.00mm thickness to keep shutter in track with wheels
